Return Policy
At Brisket Supply, we take pride in offering high-quality products designed for style and durability. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Return/Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for free processing. Exchanges of gloves and hats are subject to availability. Exchanges for custom belts are subject to additional fees. Custom belts that are the wrong length can be exchanged for a $25 fee + $15 for round-trip shipping. We do not offer refunds on custom belts.
Process - Email us at brisket@brisketsupply.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
