We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping:

• All orders ship for $12 flat rate
• We currently ship to the United States and Canada only

Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your Brisket Supply products arrive safely:

• USPS
• UPS

Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
• Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-7 business days

Important Information

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply
• We're unable to ship to PO boxes at this time
• Shipping address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed

• An email confirmation with your tracking number
• Link to track your package's journey
